韩国JOINSET(株)是专业生产EMI系列和SMD系列电子类产品的亚洲企业。目前已成为LG电子的绿色供方和三星电子的经济合作供方。青岛卓英社科技有限公司是韩国JOINSET(株)于2005年12月在青岛投资建立的生产经营型企业，主要产品为：EMI-ALSHIELD（防电磁波辐射的复合铝箔导电泡绵）、EMIspay paint(防电磁波辐射的导电涂料)和SM-Rubber（防电磁波辐射的贴片导电硅橡胶），同时销售韩国JOINSET（株）的SMDThermistor(贴片NTC/PTC热敏电阻)、ESD Chip Varistor(贴片压敏电阻)、Chip Capacitor（贴片式多层高压电容）、EMI胶带等产品。公司注册资本42.4万美元，其中韩方投资占80％，中方投资占20％。公司具有自主进出口权，全面服务于国内外客户。 韩国JOINSET（株）于2004年开发成功的复合铝箔（Shieldom）材料，是世界EMI Gasket 行业多年使用的导电纤维布材料的更新换代产品，取得了专利权。JOINSET复合铝箔导电泡绵的研发成功，解决了纤维布导电泡绵易氧化、形成粉末脱落和表面阻抗大等多年来难以解决的难题，并且具有纤维布一样的柔韧性和弹性，又降低了加工成本，比导电纤维布材料价格低15％-20％。是目前等离子电视、液晶电视、笔记本电脑、液晶显示器、手机等防护30MHZ以上频率的电磁波辐射，整机通过EMI和EMC试验使用的材料。 青岛卓英社科技有限公司成立以来，就致力于产品专业化认证，生产的复合铝箔导电泡绵(ALSHIELD)目前已通过UL94阻燃标准认证SGS ROHS认证，产品无硫检测认证。 青岛卓英社科技有限公司成立以来，已批量为海尔、海信、厦华、四川长虹、中山长虹、现代电子、比亚迪、福建冠捷、北京冠捷、苏州冠捷、深圳唯冠、长城电脑、深圳惠浦、吴江大同、高创等十多家企业供货，已通过客户验证进入小批和正在引进的企业有深圳华为、台科、凯博、创维、深圳雅佳等。
Conflict Minerals Policy
Joinset? is committed to sourcing components and materials from companies that share our values around human rights, ethics and environmental responsibility. We expect all of our suppliers to abide by the requirements of our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits human rights abuses and unethical practices. We also require all suppliers to comply with applicable legal standards and requirements.
On August 22, 2012, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) issued the final conflict minerals rule under Section 1502 the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Conflict Minerals Rule”). The Conflict Minerals Rule requires publicly traded companies to report annually the presence of conflict minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, cobalt, mica,?? and gold, or “3TG”) originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries (“Covered Countries”).
Joinset supports the goal of ending violence, human rights violations and environmental devastation in the Covered Countries. We are committed to complying with any requirements applicable to our Company under the Conflict Minerals Rule.
Joinset will assist our customers in implementing their conflict minerals programs. We strive to work cooperatively with our customers and supply chain partners in implementing conflict minerals compliance programs.
Joinset requires all of our suppliers to provide us with completed conflict minerals declarations using the EICC/GeSI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template. We may reconsider our willingness to partner with suppliers that fail to comply with this Policy.
Green Procurement Policy??
- To give priority to the purchase of items produced while taking environmental issues into consideration.
- To give priority to suppliers who are proactive in caring for and conserving the environment.
Joinset will procure products based on the Green Procurement Policy. In particular, with respect to suppliers, for example, of new products and technology, we wish to develop broad-based relationships with suppliers capable of meeting Joinset requirements. Additionally, it is our wish to implement wide-ranging reinforcement of cooperative relationships with suppliers who meet all of Joinset requirements in terms of QCDE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment), covering such areas as information sharing as well as support for the improvement of technology and environment.
Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery Statement ?
This statement constitutes Joinset’s slavery and human trafficking statement pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It confirms our position in respect of such matters and highlights the steps we have taken to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking known to be taking place within Joinset or its supply chains.
